Its possible that there is a difference in programming that did not exist before and I’m looking into it now.
When programming the key fob, what is the very last question before reaching the summary page?
Additionally, is this keyfob an E-Series keyfob or the standard, non encrypted version?
I can’t remember the q3 and it’s standard key fob same one I used when I had reg 2gc2

According to 2GIG representatives, the programming for the e-series and standard versions is identical, which is expected.
As a follow up, the last question in programming before the summary screen for a keyfob is Q: Select Fob # Key 4 Output. However, as I understand it, this is different from what you are seeing in programming, correct? What is the last question you are seeing?
When able, please send a picture of the complete summary screen (likely going to be two separate images) for the keyfob as well, so we can match this up with what we are seeing in Alarm.com (you may want to send this as a Private Message).
