Hey there,

I just added the 2GIG-FT6-345 to my GC3 and I followed the configuration instructions you previously provided in the forum.

I set my temperature sensors to 23 so they will notify ADC but not issue a call to CS or set off the siren. I can see sensor 17 in ADC (High Temp) but I can’t see sensor 18 (Low Temp). Can you confirm what I am doing wrong here?

I also tried to test the water sensor and it lights up red however it doesn’t send any signal to ADC or CS. Is it setup correctly?

I can see all 3 sensors on your Alarm.com account. If you look at the sensors page, do you see them?

It looks like you have thee 30 second transmission delay enabled for the water sensor and the heat sensor. So you would have to trigger the water sensor for more than 30 seconds to transmit a signal to Alarm.com. You can disable that delay in sensor programming if you’d like.
