Has anyone seen this on a 2Gig Edge remote keypad? I have removed power and battery for about 5 minutes and reconnected with no change.
It looks like the screen has had damage. is it possible the screen was hit by something or is it getting direct sunlight?
If the screen itself is damaged, there is no way of repairing it and the whole keypad would need to be replaced.
