I’m not able to set up cell swap on my account keep getting an orange error message box. Any ideas what the problem could be?
If you are swapping to an Edge panel the issue is likely caused by the Severe Weather Alerts feature. 2GIG has not yet included support for Severe Weather Alerts in the panel. Try removing Severe Weather Alerts first using the switcher in the system manager, then swap the cell.
Good morning Jason, turned off weather alerts still getting the orange error box when initiating cell swap. Any other thoughts on possible solutions?
I just looked at your subscription and you still have Severe Weather Alerts, just noticed your Switcher Tool is locked and you wouldn’t see it due to Green Button (old feature no longer supported that is on your account)
I’ve disabled Severe Weather Alerts for you. You should be able to swap the cell now.
If you would like Green Button removed so that you can see and use the switcher let me know in reply.
Green Button is a feature available in certain locations that lets you manually upload your energy provider’s usage report files and view them in Alarm.com.
