I have a 2GIG Edge Panel, and the Image Sensor is not capturing and uploading to Alarm.com, I believe my Panel is on the latest Firmware, yet nothing. This used to work and upload to Alarm.com with previous provider. I have done a hard reboot of unplugging and removing the Battery for the 5 Minutes, but still nothing. No images are capturing and also the settings seem correct and the Camera is Enabled. Still Nothing.
On 2GIG EDGE panels with firmware 1.1+, the on-board camera can be configured to capture disarm images if service package includes Images and Disarming events and is enabled in panel settings.
I can confirm that your service plan allows for images, the panel is on firmware 1.3, and the Q304 On-Board Camera setting in panel programming is enabled at this time.
Have you set up photo capture settings? To do so:
- On the home screen, tap Settings.
- Enter the installer or master code.
- Tap On-Board Camera.
- For Photo Capture Settings, tap Details >.
- Tap the toggle switch for the events to enable or disable photo captures for it.
- On panel firmware version 1.2+, verify the Upload captured images to Cloud checkbox is selected at the bottom of the panel screen. This allows photos to be uploaded to Alarm.com.
- Once complete, tap The Save button to save and exit panel programming.
That was it. The Enable to Cloud was not checked.
