2GIG Edge Annunciation Volume is lower than GC3

I recently purchased a 2GIG Edge panel. The volume of the voice prompts on the panel are significant lower then the GC3 panel. I have adjusted the volume to the max via setup, but to no avail.

On my GC3 I could hear the voice prompts from any floor in multi level house.

It appears on the Edge panel that the Chimes are on the pizo speaker (very loud) and the voice prompts are on the internal speakers (not loud). Though you can increase the volume, the max volume is only loud enough to hear if you’re on the same floor.

Anyone have an idea on how to increase the volume?

Sound settings on the 2GIG Edge are found by navigating to Settings > Sounds. A variety of sounds can be controlled through there including System Annunciation, Trouble Alerts Volume, and Chime Volume. This would be the only place to control the overall volume of these settings.

If those settings aren’t loud enough, then a EDGE Remote Keypad could be used. This device will mirror chime announcements and sirens.
