24/7 audio recording

Currently, my indoor camera records only video 24/7, but in the alarm.com app it says it now should be able to record audio 24/7 but I have not seen that option in local recording rules.

Try logging out and logging back in. Those are new features and need to be enabled first. I have enabled the 24/7 audio recording on your account.

My cameras all record audio in object detected clips, but no audio in continuous recording. I don’t have any option for audio on any of my cameras or rules that i can see. How do i enable audio on all cameras at all times?

Im seeing this enabled on the account, try refreshing the login and testing.

Are you using onboard SD card storage for recording? If so, 24/7 audio is only compatible with the following cameras:

  • ADC-V515
  • ADC-V523/523X
  • ADC-V724/724X
  • ADC-VC727P
