I am changing my current 2GIG panel from Vivint and will be adding the CDMA module for connectivity. My question is if the 2 way audio will work from the mobile alarm.com app? I plan to use the Gold un-monitored service.

2-Way Voice through the alarm panel is an optional feature which employs the alarm panel as the first contact method in the even of most alarm signals.
2-Way Voice connection can only occur from your panel to the central station. You cannot change cellular call settings for 2-Way Voice.
If you are looking for Two-way audio options in Alarm.com in more of an intercom style interaction through the app, some Alarm.com video cameras support two-way audio, including the Skybell HD video doorbell, the ADC V-521IR and the ADC-V522IR.
