I have added my two garage door openers to my alarm.com account. However after adding the second one the first is now not present. If I try to add it again it states it is already registered. I have no option to remove either from the app or web site. Can you assist?
The way I would recommend learning them in is by unplugging one overhead door, and learning in the other. Once you’re done, unplug the one learned in, and plug in the second one and learn it in. That way one doesn’t interfere with the other during the enrollment process.

- 1 x Wi-Fi Garage Opener Gateway
- 1 x Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener
Only one opener but both a hub and a gateway. The Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener is connected to the Wi-Fi Garage Opener Gateway. Is there another opener that needs to be added to the hub?
