Alarm.com is investigating a technical issue that may prevent remote arming commands from being sent from the mobile applications for Qolsys panels. Users should still be able to remotely arm and disarm their systems from the website which is not impacted. Additionally if Force Bypass is unchecked remote arming/disarming commands will work as expected from the mobile application.
Alarm.com is working to resolve this issue and will give an update as soon as possible.
