Improved Live Video Load Times on Alarm.com Website
Live video now loads faster for supported cameras on the Alarm.com website. With this update, the video stream begins connecting in the background as soon as a user logs in, so a stream can be ready the moment you select it. This process first loads the cameras shown on the default live view for a seamless video experience. This update applies to the following camera models: ADC-V516, ADC-V523, ADC-V523X, ADC-V530, ADC-V723, ADC-V723X, ADC-V724, ADC-V724X, ADC-VC727P, ADC-VC728PF, ADC-V729, ADC-V730, ADC-VC827P, ADC-VC838PF, and ADC-VC847PF.
Streamlined Experience for Access Plan User Management - Business
Users with Access Plan User Management (APUM) without Access Control can now toggle Shared Access Plans on or off through the Settings page at the group and single-system levels. When Shared Access Plans are disabled, the interface is simplified to look and feel more consistent with the non-APUM experience. This better fits the needs of users who do not use Shared Access Plans and makes the transition to APUM smoother for users who are switching.
