Thermostat Rewards Program Tab Updates for Alarm.com Website
Alarm.com enhanced the Thermostat Rewards Program tab (formerly “Give Back, Get Back”) on the Alarm.com website to make it a centralized hub for program information and keep you informed. This tab is visible to all customers who are eligible for thermostat rewards, whether your enrollment is active, pending, cancelled, or declined. The tab provides information about how the program works and other program and incentive details, keeping you better informed. Enrolled customers can view active, upcoming, and past Demand Response events, opt out of active or upcoming events, and manage program settings. Alarm.com website > Thermostats > Rewards Program
Shade Schedule Page on Customer Website Replaced by Schedule Builder
Starting January 26, 2026, the Shade Schedule page on the Alarm.com website will no longer be accessible. You can create and manage all your schedules from the New Schedule Builder on the Alarm.com website and mobile app. Alarm.com website > Automation > Schedules > + Add New Schedule > New Schedule Builder
Bugs Fixed
- Resolved an issue affecting the Pro Series Bullet PoE Camera (ADC-VC728PF) that prevented the siren volume setting on the Alarm.com website and mobile app from correctly updating the camera’s siren volume.
- Resolved an issue that caused only one “Camera Unexpectedly Not Recording” notification to be sent when multiple cameras connected to a CSVR126 failed to record simultaneously. Going forward, a separate notification will be sent for each camera that fails to record.
