Any that are officially supported by Alarm.com should work. It depends which lock you like best.
I like the Qolsys IQ Lock with PowerG because z-wave communication problems with locks drive me nuts. But some of the other more traditional lock brands might have advantages lock-wise.
I haven’t seen any locks with Z-Wave Long Range but that would be nice.
These were recently supported as well but I don’t see them explicitly on the compatibility list.
