I originally labeled all my DSC PowerSeries Neo zones using the keypad, then I saw that they were editable in the Alarm.com app and updated some of them there. It’s now a day or so later ,and I just noticed that all my changes had reverted to what was originally programmed via the keypad. Obviously, it’s much more convenient to update the labels in the app, but not if they just get reverted. Is this a bug, a known behavior, or my error?
This may be a sync issue between alarm.com and the DSC Panel. I just sent a command to make sure all settings are synced. Can you try renaming them so I can make sure I see that on my side and see if there are any mismatches which can cause it to change it back
