Zone issue with Alarm.com

So in my alarm.com app it shows that that a door zone is open, but on my panel it does not show that the zone is open. In addition, I have my lutron caseta tied into alarm.com and it always shows 1 light is on, when it is not via visual inspection or my Samsung smartthings app.

Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

I have run some commands to resync the sensors tied to your panel, wait about 5 minutes for these commands to take effect. Then test by opening a sensor. Does it show correctly on the alarm panel? What about in alarm.com?

I have also sent some commands to resync Lutron and im not seeing any lights reporting as “on” currently. Are you able to confirm?

Sorry for the late response. Everything is working great and the resync seemed to speed up the panel from when I switched over to a new firewall. Thanks.
