Good Morning, I added a new z-wave thermostat successfully. I can manage it via the 2GIG Go Control Panel. However, the new 2GIG z wave thermostat is not accessible via the web interface or iPhone app. Can you help?
The Thermostat appears to be active on your account, although it does show a low battery warning.
In order to view changes to your account, you may need to log out of Alarm.com and back in to see these changes take effect. There is usually some delay between enrolling a device into your panel and seeing it show up in Alarm.com.
Are you able to interact with the device via Alarm.com now?
