Z-wave questions

Two new Z-wave devices are not showing up on alarm.com but they are paired to the z-wave controller.

Also some of my z-wave schedules are acting up and not coming on at the right time. This has happened before, and a reset or something you did fixed it before.

How long has it been since the devices were paired with the controller and not visible on Alarm.com?

If a schedule fails to activate, the first step to troubleshooting would be to edit and save the schedule again, sending it to the panel. Have you tried this yet?

If you resend multiple schedules, (or when first setting up new ones) allow a few minutes in between schedule creation so that only one schedule is transmitted at once. Time-based schedules require the most data as well as the most memory on board your controller
