I added 2 z wave outlets yesterday (Living Room South E Outlet and Living Room West N Outlet). Ran the network rediscovery and radio test. Both work from the panel but are not showing up on alarm.com yet. Could you have ADC run an equipment update. Thanks.
I’ve sent an update command and it looks like two new devices are showing on the account. You may need to log out and log back in to view.

Not a problem, but I am glad you posted here. It looks like you had a question about sending the equipment update command.
Note that Surety users now have access to send this command themselves at any time through the Surety System Manager here.
