Hey I noticed my door locks were missing. I went into the settings to look at them and got a message that my z wave card is not present. I added new locks three weeks ago no problem and have not changed anything since. Did my card go bad. ?? This is on a qolsys panel software version 2.5 4. Yes of course I rebooted!!
It is possible that this is a hardware issue with the radio, but first, have you tried updating the firmware to the latest version?
