Phone notifications are too easy to miss. Will it dial my number so I will notice, and then I can check notifications/system? I don’t have a land line to connect Simon XT to.
Alarm.com Voice Notifications exist as a paid add-on option but as they are less effective than Central Station Operators (24/7 central station monitoring) they are typically not used by Surety users.
We may be able to support this add-on should you wish. The feature results in computer generated vocal announcements via phone. I will have customer service reach out to you with more information.
