We have a Qolsys IQ Panel 2 and an Image Sensor.

Which Surety plan includes support for the Image Sensor? Does it include the on-demand peek-in feature?

Is your monitoring station UL certified?

Welcome to Surety I myself about do the switch for my grandmothers system with them just make sure ur out of contract and they don’t keep billing u after u cancel u do have provide a 30 day notice with them
