I am having a problem with Alarm app. I have to use forgot password to get in each time. Am I to use Alarm app or Surety app? Has something changed?
The mobile app used to control your system is Alarm.com.
The Surety website and Alarm.com app credentials are not the same unless you purposefully made them the same, so resetting password on Suretyhome.com does not impact Alarm.com and vice-versa.
