I changed internet providers and now my camera (ADC-V610PT) won’t work. The camera has a solid orange/amber light on. I don’t know what I need to do to fix this. If it helps, I switched from charter cable to ATT.
If you use the ISP provided router for wireless access, these settings would have changed with the new router. You’ll need to plug the camera in with an Ethernet cable and apply your new wireless SSID and password under the camera’s wireless settings section in Alarm.com
