We are in S Cal and power is out and drained the batter of panels while armed.
We can not disarm alarm by panel or app as panel is dead
Can you guide us through the process to open an outside door so dispatch is not notified?

Place system on test mode:
Alarm.com app > settings menu > Monitoring Settings > System Test Mode, tap it and select the time frame.
Operators do not act on any signals that come in during test mode.
If the panel is completely out of power though it will not be able to signal anything or receive sensor signals, there would not be dispatch.
What happens if I set to test mode for 2 hours. And power comes on 4 hours later. In the meantime I have opened and closed doors? Will the alarm trip when power is restored as it remembered the o one ng and shutting?
If the panel is completely powered off right now with no battery backup, it cannot receive sensor signals.
It would not receive signals until it is powered back up. Any sensors opening and closing while it is off will not impact it later when power returns and it boots back up unless the door/sensor is physically left open and still open when the panel powers up.
