I’m moving from an existing older Honeywell panel + Honeywell wireless sensors to a new 2Gig panel using SuretyDIY monitoring. The existing wireless Honeywell sensors all are compatible with the 2Gig; I just wanted to know if there was anything in particular I had to do to “uncouple” the sensors from the existing system before adding them to the new system.
Security sensors, unlike Zwave devices, are not themselves linked to a particular controller. You can just proceed with learning them into the new 2Gig panel.
