Unable to add a device on Alarm.com app or website

I am trying to add my Lennox iComfort thermostat, but when I go to “Add a Device” on the alarm.com website or app, I see the following message and no way to add the device. Please help. Thanks!

Hi, I have looked into your account and I see the issue in this case. You currently use the Surety Alarm plan. The Alarm plan does not include automation device support.

To add automation devices such as Lennox iComfort, please visit the Surety System Manager and update your service plan. You can change your plan at any time, and changes take place immediately. Surety Home would be the plan you are looking for which provides the features you currently have, plus automation.
