Two way voice

Anytime my system has gone off I always get a call on my home phone vs two way voice on the panel. I have a Qolsys IQ Panel 4. Is there something else I need to do? Thanks

I am showing that Two-Way Voice is enabled on the account but that the most recent alarm event (5/17) the 2-way call could not connect at the panel. As such, operators would move on to the next listed contact method.

You can test 2-Way voice with monitoring operators by calling them at 855-348-0367. Tell them you want to test the 2-Way Voice feature and they should guide you with how to proceed. You recommend doing this a few times for a more accurate result.
