I replaced the battery in both of my SP1 keypads on my 2GIG GC3 system 10 days ago. The keypad tamper alerts I received from changing the batteries won’t go away and every few hours, the trouble alert starts beeping. I am unable to clear these alerts so the beeping just keeps going. How can I acknowledge or get rid of these alerts so the beeping stops?
Can you control the panel with those keypads?
If you power cycle the panel does the trouble resume?
