I have recently installed a CT100 Thermostat. I was wondering how “schedules” are affected when I make a change to the target temperature via my Android Phone? Does the schedule go back into affect the next time a predetermined event occurs?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated…

Yes, the schedule goes back into affect the next time a predetermined event occurs, even if you have made manual changes in the interim.
