If I needed to replace my current 2 gig panel with a new one , is there a way to transfer current panel programming over to the new panel without having to reprogram all sensors ? Could a current 2 gig panel settings be transferred to the new go control 3 once it is available for purchase?
If you are a current customer, we can make a backup of your current panel and then download the settings to your new panel once it is installed and communicating with Alarm.com.
As far as transferring setting to the Go Control 3 goes, I don’t have an answer for you. I would hope that 2GIG would allow for some, if not all, settings to be transferred over. Unfortunately, we still don’t have a great deal of detailed information about the Go Control 3 so I can’t say for sure.
