switching to suretyDIY with a 2GIG Panel

Hello,

I have a 2Gig 2G panel that was put in my house when it was built. That company has since stopped monitoring my system.

I have :

2gig panel
Door bell with camera
1 outdoor camera
3 door contacts
2 glass breaks
1 tilt switch
1 garage door controller
1 front door lock
3 lights (actual bulbs)

The panel already has the cellular card
I’m not sure of the options I need to choose on the web site.

Can you help me determine what I need to make all my equipment work and be monitored 24/7?

Thanks

Happy to help!

Is the cellular module in the 2GIG panel a 2G module? Note that Alarm.com accounts would require an unregistered, 3G or better, Alarm.com compatible cellular module. You can use this module check tool to confirm the status of your cellular module.

If this is a 2GIG Go!Control panel, this video will help you obtain the cellular module number.

What are the make and model of the cameras in question? Note that only Alarm.com compatible cameras can be utilized through suretyDIY A list of cameras can be found here.

Service through suretyDIY, with, or without, 24/7 Central Station Monitoring can be found here. If you are looking to utilize remote control of Z-Wave devices, the Gold Automation plan will be required. You can find a list of features, add-ons and pricing through the previous link. Additionally, should your cameras be Alarm.com compatible, you would need the Alarm.com Cloud Video Add on in order to utilize them.
