Surety warns panel not armed hours after I left

I get notifications some times many hours after I left home stating that the panel was not armed when my phone left the premises, the warning states that my phone left but it has the time wrong by a lot, I will have been at work for hours and the notification tells me my phone just left? What is going on? I also want to add my wife’s phone to the geofencing but don’t see how to do that, some guidance would be appreciated there as well

Geo-services is enabled on a per device basis. On the other individual’s phone, enable Geo-services and then you can select that phone for notifications/reminders
