Stuck "Issues"

My system has been showing a “Thermostat Too Warm” alert for my new ADC-T3000 thermostat since I installed it a couple of months ago. I’ve checked all the settings and my high temperature threshold is well in excess of current temperature. How do I clear the alert?

Also, my VDB770 doorbell froze yesterday. I power cycled it and it works fine now, but I continue to have a “Video Device - Not Responding” error. Same question re: clearing the alert.

If you power cycle the thermostat does that error go away?

I am not seeing an issue with the Video device or an active not responding trouble condition. Where are you seeing that alert? Can you provide a photo of it?
