Streaming video?

Hi, I activated streaming video on 2 of my cameras. On my qolsys iq panel 2+ I see the message “Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again or contact your dealer. Error code 0.”

Camera models are ADC-V522IR and ADC-V723.

I’m subscribed to the Surety Complete plan.

Is there a way to fix this?

Do you have 2 factor authentication enabled on your Alarm.com login?

That’s a known issue. You can’t stream video to the IQ Panel if 2FA is enabled. Alarm.com is working on a fix for this and we hope it will be released soon.

For the time being your only options are to disable 2FA or wait for the fix.
