Why can’t we squelch email notifications and leave regular notifications? This unnecessarily clogs my Inbox while I’m still notified more directly the other way. Not a very flexible set of options.
U can adjust ur notifications on the alarm.com website on what ur emailed on
I removed my email address from the Recipients list on the “System actions to watch” page under Edit Notifications. I’m still receiving emails.
So what notifications r still being sent to email? If u stopped the system actions ones

As you do not have service through Surety, we cant see your account so we can’t tell where all email notifications would stem from. However, recording rules have recipients associated with them, check the Recording Rules section of the Video tab in Alarm.com. Recordings can be sent via SMS, Text, and Email.
