Software Update Button Missing - IQ Panel 2+

Hi, I’m connected to WiFi and am on 2.4.2. I followed the directions to advanced settings and the software update button is not there. How can I get it to show up?

Settings > Advanced Settings > Enter Installer or Dealer Code > Upgrade Software

Are you entering the Installer Code (default 1111) or the Dealer Code (default 2222) when doing this? You need one of those codes for that function to be present.

  • If you just use the Master Code (default 1234) youll see Master Settings as the top left icon and Update Software won’t be available.
  • As a Surety subscriber, if you have misplaced the Installer Code, you can send commands to change it via the System Manager tab of your Surety account.
