I have installed the ADC-SWM150 smart water valve + meter and have added it to my qolsy 2+ panel using the add device on the panel. It is now working on the panel(I can open and shut valve) but it does not show up on the app or online. I have surety complete subscription. Is there something else I need to do or does something need to be done on the backend?
The ADC-SWM150 has some limits on what data is available to the user. A description of its functionality can be found in this thread.
For full functionality it requires the Water Management Plus add-on, ADC developed this add-on specifically for that SWM150. Water Management Plus is $2/month as a special request add-on. Let us know via private message if you would like to enable it.
