Schlage Connect Dead Bolt

Hello Forum

I am new to this Forum I have one issue. I bought the Schlage Connect Deadbolt (Z-Wave) I was able to add device to console 2Gig GC3. But the alarm.com app won’t show lock icon.

I can see Thermostat, Light, images, security system, video, scenes,home. No Lock see attach

I Also have latest App update.

It does not appear this is related to a suretyDIY subscription, correct?

If you do not see the lock tab in Alarm.com, that means locks are not enabled on your account. You would need to contact your provider regarding this.
