Is it possible to have the scenes options on the IQ2 panel?
Related to above, I have Lutron automated shades installed in my home. I can control them via the alarm.com app, however, can I also control them via the panel?

Alarm.com scenes are executed through the Alarm.com App or Website, not the panels. You can also assign scenes to home screen widgets on your phone for access out of app.
Lutron devices are integrated on the back-end and do not communicate with the alarm panel. They cannot be controlled on the panel. You can set up Alarm.com rules to trigger Lutron devices based on system actions, however.
