The Vivint free system I ordered is working great. I also purchased 4 garage reed sensors and 2 RE201 sensors that I have determined I don’t need. I have the packaging for the RE201 sensors and 1 of the garage reed sensors but I don’t have the packaging for the remaining garage reed sensors. I have all the parts just not the packaging. Will you guys still accept items for return if they are not in original packaging? I have also decided to go with the MyQ garage door opener so can I get credit for my returns and purchase the MyQ item?
