Resolving low battery alert

I put in a new battery that powered wired sensors via a 2Gig takeover module. How do I resolve the alert at the 2Gig control panel and/or the Alarm.com app?

That should resolve itself in time.

The only issue would be if you plugged in wall power before the battery is connected. The battery needs to be connected first before wall power is plugged in.

Which wall power are you referring to?
