Reset Installer Code IQ Panel

Hello,

I signed up for service and registered the IMEI for my IQ panel 2. It wants me to step through a process that requires an installer code but I do not have that. Is it possible for this to get reset?

Once you have connected your panel to service through Surety, you can send commands to change the Installer Code through the System Manager feature of your Surety account.
