I need assistance on replacing a battery in a wired door sensor. I also have a wireless door sensor and I figured that out by replacing the CR123A. I need help with wired sensor. Thank you.

Wired door sensors do not have batteries (they are not powered) but they would be connected to a wireless transmitter - in this case it appears a TAKE345 is used based on programming. You would have a low battery on the 12vdc brick battery.
The 12vdc battery would be found attached to the power supply for the TAKE, this is most often in the old alarm panel metal can.
