Replacement GC3 ready need settings restored

As per your instructions I’ve got my replacement panel ready, the old cell sled is in and have NOT powered it up. Can fill me in on the next steps in the settings restoration process.

Hmm, it looks like this is regarding a panel swap for a GC3? Please be sure to follow up with our customer service team via email. (It looks like you already did.) Instructions will be slightly different depending on panel type and situation for restoral commands.

Customer Service will indicate via email when the commands have been started and you would then typically run a cell phone test to kick start comms.

After you run the cell phone test be sure to leave the panel alone for 20-30 minutes. All restoral commands should go through in that time. Afterward you can check user codes and sensors.
