Looking at this, it looks like this is referencing a declined payment. If a payment fails for any reason you can manually address the failed payment by logging into suretyDIY.com, clicking Order History, and clicking Pay to the right of the failed monthly service order. The chosen billing method will be automatically applied for future auto-pay billing.
Per suretyDIY terms and conditions, as a pre-paid service, renewal charges are run ten days in advance of the billing due date to allow reaction time for declined payments, expired cards, etc.
