I replaced a qolsys window/door sensor 2 weeks ago. The panel recognizes the new sensor and shows no active alerts. However, the ADC app shows the old sensor as open/active. I can’t seem to clear it.
Any suggestions?
Hmm, typically sensor changes are updated in ADC by the panel pretty much immediately, but it looks like the panel failed to sync this particular change. I sent an equipment list request and it looks like your sensors updated. Can you confirm that it looks correct in ADC now?
