I removed and relearned my thermostats from my 2gig panel because I had previously learned them in on battery power and wanted to make sure they were learned in in ac power so they would act as repeaters. Anyway, the relearned thermostats show up fine on alarm.com, but the “old” thermostats are showing up as offline. I thought they would just disappear. I’ve looked everywhere in the thermostat settings and can’t find a place where I can delete the offline thermostats.
I think this may result from the panel not updating Alarm.com between the thermostats being removed and re-learned in. This would likely clear on its own in time, but I requested an updated equipment list. They should show as removed now. Can you confirm? You may need to log out and log back in.
