Hello. Does it matter what port to use to enable remote viewing through an Android phone?

In order to better assist you we might need a little bit more information on what you are trying to accomplish.
Do you have Alarm.com video service through us or another service provider?
Are you trying to view snapshots from an image sensor or video streaming from a 24/7 set up through Alarm.com?
In general, port forwarding is not necessary for Alarm.com cameras.
