I’m in the process of moving and my entire system has been unplugged and in a box for a few days but I have been receiving arming reminders frequently while the panel is not communicating with Alarm.com. Why is it reminding me to arm when it knows I can’t because my panel isn’t communicating anyway?

Alarm.com would not have any knowledge of why your panel is not communicating. It could be that the antenna is loose, a cell tower issue, a cell network extender blocking communication after having been added to the home. Notifications will not automatically cease as these are controlled by the user.
You can login to Alarm.com and pause any notifications (including arming reminders) on the notifications page.
If moving, make sure to place your account on test with the Central Station before dismantling the system. You can extend the test up to 72 hours at a time for re-installation and testing.
