I have a question about rebooting ADC-CSVR2116P. I searched online and the only way to reboot it is via pulling the power cable or using the power switch on the back. There is nothing via local menu interface on the HDMI connected monitor that I could find. I know it is an NVR and has purple WD drives but it is safe to simply pull the power cable?

Hi @ellisina4, you’re right that there’s no reboot option in the HDMI display. The best way to reboot the CSVR is with the power switch on the back rather than pulling the power cable. If you’d rather not do it by hand, we can also send a remote reboot command to your CSVR for you. Just let us know.
That said, the CSVR normally shouldn’t need to be rebooted. Is there a specific issue you’re running into that you’re hoping a reboot will fix? If so, share what you’re seeing and we’ll help you track it down.
